Mount ISO and install as usual.
To enter the key (if you dont do it during installation) go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features
Find Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate, right-click on it, hit 'Uninstall/Change'
Click Next and you should come to a screen with the ability to enter a Product Key
Enter the Master Product Key, available here:
SP1 for Visual Studio 2010 has been released. I strongly recommend you install this too (security and stability)
